Sharing my knowledge of wine, food and their wonderful and mysterious relationship is what excites me most.
I’ve organized and been the guest speaker at scores of events. Several chefs, from Tyler Florence, Masaharu Morimoto, Tom Colicchio and Charlie Trotter have participated in the past, and I plan to invite others of similarly distinguished character.
Some highlights of my career include my organizing and hosting of several James Beard dinners for very high-profile wineries and at the iconic The Four Seasons Restaurant in New York City.
